Website content — educational information only

The information provided on our website, social media accounts (including Instagram), and any associated content is presented free of charge for educational purposes only.

This information is provided in the absence of a consultation with a qualified health professional and must not be relied upon as a substitute for independent professional medical advice. The information is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

Online booking system

Our online booking system is provided through Cliniko and is embedded on our website. By using the online booking system, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and health information

  • Comply with our cancellation policy (24 hours’ notice required; late cancellations forfeit the booking deposit)

  • Attend the appointment at the confirmed location, or notify us if you need to reschedule

If you are not at the appointment location at the scheduled time, Kristina will attempt to contact you at 5 minutes and again at 10 minutes. If there is no response after 10 minutes, the appointment will be forfeited and you will be invoiced for the full appointment fee.

Mobile home visit services

By booking a mobile home visit appointment, you agree to:

  • Provide a safe and accessible treatment environment, including adequate indoor floor space (approximately 2m x 2m) and a firm surface for treatment

  • Secure any pets that may pose a risk to the safety of the physiotherapist

  • Notify us in advance of any access considerations (stairs, apartment entry codes, parking restrictions)

  • Be present at the confirmed address for the scheduled appointment time

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a home visit if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for treatment. In such cases, an alternative arrangement will be offered where possible.

Fees and payment

Current fees for all appointment types are listed on the Fees page of our website. Fees may be updated from time to time.

Payment is required at the time of service via card payment (Stripe) or bank transfer. Medicare patient claims for eligible CDM appointments are processed via Tyro Health after payment has been received.

Private health insurance patients receive a paid receipt via email which can be used to claim directly with their health fund.

Professional obligations and scope of practice
