Birth Preparation

A woman sitting on a gray couch holding a model of the female pelvis and reproductive organs, with another person sitting across from her, partially visible at the bottom right corner.

The more you understand about what your body is doing during labour, the more in control you'll feel.

This is a dedicated one-on-one session with Kristina (ideally from 34 weeks gestation), emphasising on the importance of optimising your pelvic floor in birth. Partners are welcome and encouraged to come along.

A woman is receiving a massage while lying on a massage table. She has long brown hair and is wearing a white sleeveless top and shorts. The background shows beige curtains.
