About

The Founder

A pelvic floor physiotherapist sitting on a chair, holding a human pelvis model, smiling at the camera, in a room with white paneled walls and a curtain.

Kristina’s approach is grounded in best practice and focused on achieving meaningful outcomes for her patients. Central to her practice is the empowerment of women. She approaches each consultation with curiosity and a genuine eagerness to understand her patients’ concerns and goals. This helps build the foundations for tailored treatment and life-long health. Her compassion, clinical experience and dedication to her patients fosters a nurturing environment allowing her patients to thrive throughout and beyond their pregnancy.

Kristina brings with her a wealth of experience in maternity-related care. Her experience at The Royal Women’s Hospital, Frances Perry House and St Vincent’s Hospital, means she has seen first-hand the complexities that pregnancy, birth and postnatal recovery can bring. Not only has she treated patients and worked within these environments, she has dedicated her time to clinical research, clinical education and service-based quality improvement within her roles.

Repeatedly, in clinic, Kristina heard from her patients’ how pregnancy and life-changes with a newborn made getting to appointments difficult. Especially, during the late stages of pregnancy and early weeks postpartum. She saw busy mums repeatedly put everyone else’s needs before their own health.

So she built something different.

The Pelvic Floor Physio Co. A service that comes to you.

Where your appointment is unhurried and in the comfort of your own home.

No waiting rooms. No pram logistics. No missing appointments.

“The Pelvic Floor Physio Co exists to make women's health physiotherapy available to women when they need it most, in the comfort and convenience of their own home.”

Our Vision

A world where women don't delay or go without pelvic health care because it's too hard to access. Where postnatal recovery is treated with the same seriousness as birth itself. Where leaking, pain, and prolapse are met with proper care, not reassurances that it's just part of having a baby. Where no symptom is too embarrassing to raise and no concern is dismissed.

Our Values

Convenient access

The mobile model exists because the women who need pelvic health care most are often the least able to travel to it. Removing that barrier isn't a feature, it's the whole point.

No judgement, ever

The symptoms that bring women to pelvic floor physiotherapy can feel embarrassing or confronting to talk about. They're not, and you'll never be made to feel that way here.

Whole person care

You're not a set of symptoms. Kristina takes the time to understand your history, your goals, what matters to you, and treats the whole picture.

Care you can trust

Kristina's clinical background in hospital-based maternity and continence care means you're receiving knowledge and experience that is grounded in best-practice.
