Yes. If you have extras cover that includes physiotherapy, you will generally be eligible to claim a rebate on your appointment fee.
Here's how it works:
After your appointment, Kristina will issue you a receipt that includes the relevant physiotherapy item code and her provider number
You can submit this receipt to your private health insurer to claim your rebate. Most insurers allow you to do this via their app or website
The rebate amount depends on your level of cover and your insurer. Check your policy or contact your insurer directly to confirm your entitlements
You pay the full appointment fee on the day, and the rebate is paid back to you by your insurer
Rebate amounts vary between insurers and policy levels. Kristina is not able to guarantee a specific rebate amount. Contact your insurer if you need clarification before booking.

Yes. If your GP has referred you under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan (also known as a GP Management Plan with a Team Care Arrangement) you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate on up to five allied health visits per calendar year.
To claim:
Ask your GP if you are eligible for a CDM plan and Team Care Arrangement referral to a physiotherapist
Have your referral and Medicare card at your appointment (or have them available for a telehealth session)
Kristina will process the relevant Medicare item at your appointment
Please note: Medicare management plans are not available for all conditions and eligibility is determined by your GP. Contact Kristina before your appointment if you are planning to use a CDM plan, so the correct item can be confirmed. -
